Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Account Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer credit transactions, performing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate payment updates on our Odoo system.
Job Description
Prepare fresh credit and store credit for customers
Perform bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
Update and maintain payment records on Odoo
Assist in general accounting tasks and financial reporting
Support the finance team with daily operational tasks
Requirements:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply)
Proficiency in Odoo or willingness to learn accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
Good communication and organizational skills
Practical knowledge with accounting tools and software, including excel
Proximity to work location is also important
