RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly for Contact Center Outsourcing and Customer Engagement Solutions.
Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to customize Microsoft solutions and services for clients.
Sales Strategy: Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to grow the customer base.
Reporting: Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to management
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience (2 – 5 year) as an IT Technical Sales Executive is an advantage
Industry Experience: BPO, Customer Engagement Solutions, Microsoft Solutions
Strong background in BPO services, particularly in Contact Center Outsourcing and Customer Engagement solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365, would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to generate new business and manage key client relationships.
Experience in building and executing strategic sales plans.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption letter.
