Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements
A Degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues (hardware, software, and networking).
Experience with website administration (WordPress or similar platforms).
Ability to train and support non-technical users in digital tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
