Job Summary
Our client is seeking a intermediate level IT Officer who will provide technical support, manage IT systems, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s technological infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Administer configurations, repairs, maintenance, and IT hardware and software upgrades.
Manage intercom/land phone systems.
Install and repair biometric machines and CCTV systems.
Oversee network administration and ensure seamless connectivity.
Provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
Skills and Requirements
BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in manufacturing companies.
Proficiency in IT systems, hardware, and software management.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
