IT Support Officer Customer Service Officer

The Role

The purpose of the role is to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical support and advice to computer users.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
Maintaining records of software license
Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Requirements

2-3 Years’ experience in IT field
Not more than 30 years old.
The candidate needed should be preferably Male with exception to outstanding Female
