Responsibilities
The IT support officer will provide support to both the technical team and aftersales support team of spytrac.
He/She will be responsible for all hardware configuration, installation management, execution and deployment of all services of spytrac.
He/She will be responsible to managing and meeting client’s requirement, software modifications, updates and training as client’s request.
He/She will be responsible for managing services data base, updating and remodeling and executing newer ways of storing data.
He/She will be responsible for managing all deployed services on spytrac’s tracking platform.
He/she will be responsible for stock and bin management.
Skills
Project Management Skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office
Presentation and marketing skills
Interpersonal relationship skills
Sound knowledge in tracking, navigational tools and google maps will be an added advantage.
Basic Requirements
Fresh Graduates not less than 27yrs of age.
HND or BSc. in Computer Science, Statistics or Electrical Engineering
