Job Description
Provides 1st level support to all hardware related issues/escalations.
Provides 1st level support to all software related issues/escalations.
Fault detection, investigation and repairs and this fault is without procurement.
Conduct routine checks for Network Racks, Switches, Access Points, Inverters, Power outlets and Indicators, CCTV Cameras, and Telephony Infrastructure.
Requisition management.
Person Specification
OS Installation, Upgrade and Downgrade
PC Assembling, Setup, Troubleshooting and Repairs
Printer Setup and knowledge of Printer Servicing
Network Troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of IT Telephony
Basic knowledge of Exchange Server and Outlook
Basic Knowledge of IT Security
Good knowledge of Linux OS
First degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
IT Professional Certification, preferably A+ or Network+ will be an added advantage.
Effective communication skills
