Job description

Maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, cameras and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
Provide training and support to end users and staff on the organisation’s hardware such as computer, printers, networks and other issues.
Work with end users to identify and resolve required hard issues.
Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products.

Requirements

Ideally must have 2 years experience in print media
Hands-on hardware trouble shooting experience
Must have a strong ability to present ideas in a user friendly language
Ability to prioritise and Execute task in a high pressure environment
Effective interpersonal and relational skills

Education

Degree in any IT related field
Certification in Networking will be an added advantage
