IT Service Desk Officer

Job description

Provide first-level IT support. 
Follow up with all calls logged to the Service desk and ensure closure within SLAs. 
Call prioritization, categorization, escalation/referral, and resolution, 
Weekly report to Unit head on number of Logged, open, and unresolved requests 
Assigning users requests to different workgroup using fresh service
Resolving IT Issues through phone/ Teams/ email /service desk portal. 
Service desk alongside other first level functions must resolve 35% of all tickets logged against Technology Group. 
Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
