Assists with evaluating, testing & validating all (internal/client-facing) IT systems and services to ensure continuous operations.
Assesses service levels and service performance to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Assist with the Development and implementation of quality assurance problem reporting processes and systems.
Analyzes deficiencies in service or performance and recommends product or service improvements to address problems.
Ensures that all other project/department milestones/goals are met.
Identifies solutions to resolve problems and makes recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and products.
Documents issues and tracks status in designated systems.
Requirements
Requires bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
Typically requires 1+ years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
