IT Intern Technical Support Engineer – Azure Identity Technical Support Engineer – Azure Virtual Machines

Overview:

We’re seeking an IT Intern to join our team and gain valuable hands-on experience. This role will provide you with opportunities to learn and assist our IT team in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist with system setup and provisioning.
Monitor internet links and SIP providers.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers.
Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system health checks and maintain safety standards.
Update and maintain asset inventory.
Monitor service desk performance and SLAs.
Manage user requests and prioritize tasks.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with global policies.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic computer skills and knowledge.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
