Job Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and security of the clinic’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
Manage and troubleshoot the Electronic Medical Records system and other healthcare software.
Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with relevant IT and healthcare regulations.
Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Conduct regular system updates, maintenance, and cybersecurity measures.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for efficient technology solutions.
Manage the clinic’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring engaging and professional content.
Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and digital ads, for both online and offline use.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance patient engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, engagement, and online reputation, providing regular performance reports.
Respond to patient inquiries and feedback on digital platforms professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with management and other departments to promote services, health tips, and awareness campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in IT management, social media handling, and graphic design.
Proficiency in IT support, network administration, and software troubleshooting in the healthcare sector.
Knowledge of cybersecurity and healthcare IT compliance.
Experience with social media management & graphic design tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
