Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial modeling, transaction execution, and market research, with a deep understanding of asset management and consulting.
Beyond technical expertise, we seek someone with an entrepreneurial and creative mindset—someone who can think beyond conventional finance, spot unique investment opportunities, and contribute to the firm’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and analyze complex financial models for investment decisions, M&A transactions, and fundraising activities.
Pitch Decks & Presentations: Develop compelling investor presentations, pitch books, and strategic proposals.
Market Research & Industry Analysis: Conduct detailed sector research, analyze trends, and identify high-potential investment opportunities.
Transaction Execution Support: Assist in structuring and executing deals, including due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiation processes.
Consulting & Advisory: Provide strategic financial insights to clients, guiding them on investment strategies and capital allocation.
Asset Management Support: Work closely with portfolio managers to track investment performance, assess risks, and optimize asset allocation.
Entrepreneurial & Creative Thinking: Identify unconventional deal structures and innovative financial solutions that drive business growth.
Key Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or management consulting.
Deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution.
Proven ability to create high-quality pitch decks, transaction memos, and investor materials.
Strong understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and asset management principles.
Entrepreneurial mindset—able to think outside the box and identify unique investment opportunities.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage high-level stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Availability to start immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
CFA, MBA, or other relevant financial certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in emerging markets or high-growth investment environments.
A successful track record of executing complex financial transactions.
