Required Qualifications and Skills
HND / B.Sc / OND in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in real estate sales.
Real estate or sales-related certification is an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to analyze market data.
Applicant should be within 23 years and above
Job Competency Requirements:
Ability to sell real estate properties, achieve sales targets, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships and handle negotiations effectively.
Ability to present sales, revenue and expenses reports and successfully manage a diverse team of land agents, vendors and contractors.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Knowledge of real estate regulatory requirements, legal documentation, and compliance processes.
