Inventory Officer

Job Summary

The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of an organization’s inventory. Overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and implementing efficient inventory control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseas the Engraving, Labeling & Tagging of Asset Identification Number on All Assets
Oversee the maintenance and management of a database for Assets Tracking & Monitoring
Management of The Fixed Asset Register (Equipment Master List)
Monitors Company Inventory Management (Re-Order Level Monitoring)
Conducts Asset Auditing & Reconciliation

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (usually 2-3 years) in in inventory management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
