Synthetic description of the position
You will ensure the hotel, accounting and logistics management, as well as the organization and realization of receptions at the residence.
You will organize, plan and manage visits to official delegations.
You will also provide team and planning management.
Main activities
Organize the logistics of the residence of France
Set up and supervise the receptions given within the positionĀ
Monitoring of the work (excluding the work of the Directorate of Buildings and Logistics, DIL)
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Manage and lead a team
Maintenance of the performance fee tracking table.
The follow-up of the dedicated account is carried out by theāintendant.
Diplomas or professional experience recommended to perform the duties
Excellent hotel knowledge required. Accounting and HR manager. Knowledge or mastery of a local language would be an asset. Knowledge of the region as well.
