Job Description
The Prospective Candidate will be responsible for writing Insurance policies, negotiation and drawing up contracts.
Responsible for studying insurance proposals, gathering, assessing and analyzing background information necessary to effectively assess risk involved.
Liaising with specialists to obtain information, quotes and rates or to explaining company underwritten policies.
Calculating possible risk, deciding Insurance premium amount and ensuring they are competitive.
Declining proposals with excessive risks or requesting re-insurance of policies when risk is too high.
Decreasing the value of policy when risk is substandard and specifying applicable endorsements or applying rating to ensure safe profitability distribution of risks.
Reviewing company records to determine amount of insurance in force on single risk or group of closely related risks.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate should possess any Graduate qualification.
Must have 3-5 years work experience
