Responsibility :
Develop and implement insurance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient and effective management Of the insurance unit.
Review and analyze insurance coverage, recommending changes and improvements to ensure adequate and cost-effective policies.
Oversee the handling Of claims, providing guidance and support to claims adjusters and ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and other industry partners.
Manage gnd lead a team Of insurance professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as finance, risk management, or business administration.
Minimum Of 7-10 years Of experience in insurance, With at least 5-5 years in management role.
Proven track record Of success in managing insurance operations, includ claims, underwriting, and insurance program design.
Strong analytical, decision—making, an problem-solving skills.
