Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our team. The Installer will be responsible for professionally installing wallpapers and high-density mouldings in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for precision, a commitment to quality, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install wallpapers and mouldings to fit designated areas with accuracy.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or priming to ensure optimal adhesion and a smooth finish.
Read and interpret design plans or customer requirements to execute installations.
Use appropriate tools and techniques to achieve seamless and high-quality results.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after installation.
Address customer inquiries or concerns on-site with professionalism.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies during all installations.
Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company’s quality standards.
Report any challenges or issues encountered during installations to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in wallpaper and moulding installation or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and perform installations.
Familiarity with various types of wallpapers and mouldings is a plus.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an advantage.
