Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical planning and ensuring seamless integration of various components and subsystems within the battery charging and swapping system.
Key responsibilities include overseeing testing and validation processes, aligning system designs with overall product objectives, and ensuring that drivers utilizing the battery charging and swapping stations experience efficient and satisfactory service when exchanging depleted batteries for fully charged ones.
Responsibilities
Study technical manual and develop technical work instruction for the operation of Battery charging and swapping system. This is an electrical and digital system that is deployed in the country.
Manage the installation and testing of various components within the battery charging and swapping system to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
Working with suppliers for system set-up and cloud connectivity and computing.
Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving technical issues with the battery charging and swapping system.
Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with expectations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system designs with overall product goals and industry trends.
Responsible for managing and monitoring system performance through the central telematic GPS system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
5 – 7 years of progressive experience in engineering or technical environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power point, Word, Excel) tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to executives.
Competencies:
Comprehensive understanding of electrical and electronic engineering drawing and manuals
Proven experience working as an electrical or electronic engineer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
