JOB DESCRIPTION

Create office profiles for all entries within the Daily payment confirmed list and as indicated on the admin system.
Create admin system profiles for all orders that were manually received from clients within the exchange.
Act as the systems administrator to the firm ensuring that all communication and technology platforms are running without problems.
Responsible for all content with the e-verify system – setting up clients, creating and uploading evidence files and certificates, managing the referencing process within the e-verify system.
Act as the systems administrator to the firm ensuring that all communication and technology platforms are running without problems.
Escalating any technology requirement or support needs to the appropriate person.
Manage all of the firm’s technology platform (existing and future planned) ensuring that local requirements are met and suggestions for improvement are documented and implemented where applicable.
Manipulate all document requirements – converting to PDFs, uploading the file repositories, collating and aggregating file structures as determined by the business needs, creating software documentation and user guides.
Check out new computers on arrival and install as appropriate.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology and any other related field.
