Job Summary
Provide hands-on technical support on all IT related issues to end users at DCT,Ibese.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support on all IT related issues to end users at DCP Cameroon.Respond to client queries and provide on-site support for network hardware, software, and configuration issues
Ensure consistent operation and uptime of client networks, including routers, servers, and other network components
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including initial deployment troubleshooting and debugging of new hardware and software
Document all relevant activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, client interactions and IT assets.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
