JOB DESCRIPTION
To assist in the IT Department and ensure seamless IT Service is rendered to employees at all times.
Prompt responses to complaint
Technical support to the business through actionable direction
Researching and coming up with solutions
Documentation of complaint for future reference
Assisting employees with their computer systems hardware problems
Testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly.
Physical setting up of computers and hardware system installation for various computer applications and programs
Identifying and solving any problems that affect computer hardware systems
Discussing with individual staff members who work on the computers what the problem is in order to figure out how to help solve the problem. Individual assessments of computer systems to identify the problem(s)
Help in examination of network server’s hardware and maintenance
Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems hardware or offering recommendations on upgrades needed
Training staff and orienting them on how to use computer hardware and software systems
Troubleshooting routine problems and maintenance of server hardware.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identify key opportunities for new initiatives and make appropriate recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments to prepare and present findings.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION(S)2:1 in a First degree required in any program in Computer Science or Computer EngineeringOthers
Previous IT experience is a requisite
IT Certification is an added advantage
Completion of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
