Job Summary

As the industrial electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in a construction site environment. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical components and equipment operate safely and efficiently while complying with industry regulations and project specifications.

Responsibilities

Install electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and control panels.
Connect electrical components to machinery, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Ensure proper grounding and bonding of electrical systems.
Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, generators, relays, switches, and other industrial equipment.
Identify defective components and replace wiring, fuses, or circuit breakers as needed.
Ensure all electrical work follows national and local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician in construction or heavy industry.

Salary

NGN100,000 – NGN120,000 gross Plus Overtime
