We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the role of In-Store Sales Representative for a reputable gift retail store located in Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos.
Job Description
Welcome and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.
Educate customers about the products and services offered.
Process customer purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and adequately stocked.
Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum of an OND in any relevant field.
1 – 3 years of experience in retail or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Female candidates are preferred for gender balance.
Must reside in or around Yaba and its environs.
