Implementation Managers

Req I D: Req-0914 Locations: Lagos, Kano and Port Harcourt Job Description Project implementation:

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Implement project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Deliver project with the required conditions

Managing Resources:

Coach and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

Customer Management:

Ensure excellent customer focus
Build Customer Relationship and maintain it
Develop and deliver progress reports, required documentation, and presentations to client
Develop customer relationship and associated communications documents

Cost Control:

Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Delivery within set time and cost budget

Reporting

Deliver timely project progress reports
Deliver timely project financial & cost reports
Deliver timely project quality Report
Deliver timely project expense reports
Experience in Telecoms Power Rollout Projects required
Should be able to control 25-30 vendors deploying DC Generators & Solar Panels at telecom sites
Should be able to roll out at 500 sites in 1 month
Project Management Qualification will be added advantage.

Primary Skills

Project management, 8-10 year Project Experience with Telecoms O&M vendor.
