JOB PURPOSE AND DIMENSION OF ROLE:
The position is responsible for providing on-site services for Courierplus Corporate customers to ensure excellent service delivery to Clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure timely pickup of client’s shipment.
Raise waybills and ensure capture of all pickups on TrackPlus.
Quality assurance to ensure shipments are properly packaged and well documented.
Supervises Courier/Driver pickup and drop-off activities to ensure proper handling, process compliance, and behaviours representing CourierPlus business values.
Ensures timely issue resolution.
Give daily reports of items picked and delivered to the station.
Verifies completeness of all clients’ transactions with CourierPlus.
Escalate any impending service failure.
Must readily be available to perform any other job function authorized by CourierPlus.
