Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs image user researcher you will be providing key insight into our customers on their camera expectation, to enable the wider User Experience team to deliver best-in-class user experience solutions on our camera.What are my responsibilities?
Create user research framework and conduct hands-on studies including usability testing, focus groups, heuristic analysis, field and ethnographic studies, and competitive analysis. Such as customer satisfaction research and Competitor’s Camera Marketing performance analysis.
Documenting user research results, and communicating with our relative departments.
Working closely with R&D Image lab to propose and deliver the user’s Camera image effect preferences that ensure the camera image effects suit our customer’s esthetic and requirement.
Supporting the camera effect confirmation and layout the test report to HQ related departments. Collect user’s feedback and issues of camera in continuously
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in cognitive psychology, human computer interaction, human factors or related field.
Profound knowledge of data analysis tool SPSS, Excel, etc.
Profound knowledge in statistics methodologies.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
Fluent in English.
A passion for discovering, documenting, and sharing user research insights.
A passion for finding solutions that makes Camera’s effects be delighted by our customer.
Experience in user research plans, task-based analysis, moderating lab-based studies, writing
Scripts, and flexible user research frameworks.
Strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently on problems, be an effective team player and be willing to accept challenges and responsibility.
