Job Duties / Description
Manage existing client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and account plans.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Monitor sales metrics and report on sales performance.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification / Requirements
A minimum of B.Sc / B.A. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Experience in sales within the ICT industry is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals.
Age: 30 – 45 years.
