Job Description
Data fixation including HVAC (Chilled water as well as VRF) design duty parameters & calculation of head loads to determine required capacity & type of AC required
Prepare concept designs & design basis report with recommendation of suitable AC system with analysis of options including cost benefit analysis
Guide HVAC draughtsman for detailed design work including preparation of working drawings.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ Experience in Design of high rise Offices and Hotels.
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Field visits, writing reports and performing research.
Able to produce detailed and accurate work
