Job Details
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and interview coordination to seamless onboarding and strategic workforce planning.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies at all times, maintaining full compliance with applicable legal and organizational standards.
Maintain precise documentation of employee information, attendance records, and leave balances within the HRIS.
Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and exit interviews are conducted thoroughly.
Enhance workforce participation by designing and administering employee engagement programs and feedback surveys.
Monitor and analyze human resources indicators associated with employee engagement and retention.
To inform strategic decisions, evaluate workforce trends and employee feedback comprehensively.
Partner with diverse teams across the organization to enhance HR operations and optimize overall efficiency.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, engineering, or a related field is required.
Proven track record in a broad-based HR capacity is required.
Proficient in labor regulations, payroll administration, and HR compliance standards.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, maintain organizational excellence, and manage stakeholders with proficiency.
Maintains a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
