Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations.
Provide HR analytics and reporting to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 – 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a structured organization.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
