Human Resources Officer Marketing Officer Sales Executive (On Trade and Off Trade)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company, proper documentation, and orientation on company policies and culture.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns,resolving issues related to workplace conduct, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records in compliance with labour laws and company policies.
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee paperwork,including contracts, benefits enrolment, and performance documentation.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labour laws, including health and safety regulations pertinent to the beverage industry.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring the company meets legal requirements .
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Identify training needs and help coordinate employee development programs to improve skills, performance, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation-related tasks.
Help monitor compensation structures to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Monitor and engage staff on varying employee engagement activities.
Maintain up-to-date employee data in the HRIS and generate reports as needed to support decision-making.
Track employee attendance, leave, and other HR metrics to ensure compliance and optimal workforce management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred)
Must have a CGPA of 2.1 and above

Preferred Experience:

CIPM and GPHR certification is a good bonus.
3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in the alcohol, beverage, or manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and legal requirements, including those specific to the alcohol- beverage sector.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information and employee concerns professionally.
Ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
