Responsibilities
Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Actively recruitment
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Monitor industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
B.sc in human resources or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Additional training/certification in Payroll Management
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
