Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

The HR Officer will oversee HR operations, manage outsourced employees, ensure compliance with labor laws, and provide HR support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Manage and support outsourced employees, handling payroll processing, taxes, pensions, and compliance with labor laws.
Process leave requests, payslips, and employee ID cards.
Provide HR advisory services to clients across different industries, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts.
Conduct HR audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate training and development programs to support employee growth.
Oversee HR technology solutions, including HRIS management and maintenance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in payroll management, taxes, pensions, and employee documentation.
Proficiency in HR software and HRIS management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
