Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Liaise with Government Agencies (ITF, NSITF, DPR etc.)

Key Result Area 1 – Timely recruitment of staff.
Key Result Area 2 – Keep accurate records of all official documents.
Key Result Area 3- Timely Response and processing of all staff requests
Requirements
Education:First Degree
Experience: 3 years
Professional Qualification:
CIPM membership/certification
HRCI membership/certification
SHRM membership/certification

MS office suite.

Time management.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
