Job Functions
Coordinate all hiring details for new staff from organizing interviews to submitting the paperwork and liaising with successful candidates
Ensure proper onboarding of new staff including orientation to office processes and procedures, personnel manual and any other questions
Keep all HR files up to date
Organizational departmental planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Organization development
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
Compensation and benefits administration
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Education and Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organization Development.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources/Administrative positions.
Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage
