Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager for our client, with a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, legally sound work environment. This role requires expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring that best HR practices are upheld while mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for diverse teams, including technology, sales, and operations. This includes recruitment for roles such as software developers, product specialists, engineers, quantity surveyors, and field sales agents.
Establish agile HR frameworks tailored for dynamic workplaces, covering remote work guidelines, performance evaluation systems, and employee-centric benefits like flexible schedules and wellness initiatives.
Address employee relations challenges in fast-growing teams, including rapid expansion, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a strong organizational culture.
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and oversee statutory reporting and remittance of employment-related obligations.
Conduct compliance assessments, address labor law concerns, and provide expert guidance on workplace policies to employees and management.
Manage grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and conflict mediation, ensuring fair and lawful practices.
Collaborate with legal teams and external authorities to navigate complex compliance matters.
Develop and deliver training programs on employment regulations, workplace ethics, and company standards.
Adapt HR policies in response to evolving labor laws and industry best practices.
Address workforce challenges in fast-scaling environments, enhancing interdepartmental collaboration and fostering a cohesive company culture.
Leverage HR technology (HRIS, onboarding software, analytics tools) to automate and optimize administrative tasks for distributed teams.
Partner with leadership to drive talent retention through career growth initiatives, continuous learning, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Officer, or similar role, with a strong focus on labor law and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, workplace policies, and compliance requirements.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR analytics tools.
