Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support across all functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for all restaurant staff.
Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the restaurant industry.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, including those related to food safety and hospitality.
Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to promote company culture and values.
Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including food safety and customer service training.
Performance Management: Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
Must reside on the island.
