Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and organizational policies
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Provide legal advice on employment contracts, labor law compliance, and workplace disputes
Collaborate with legal counsel on complex employee-related legal matters when required
Draft and review HR-related legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies
Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR and legal matters
Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business-related field including Law and Industrial relations
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management with a focus on legal compliance
Proven experience in taking minutes of meetings with high attention to detail
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS.
Legal certifications or membership with a recognized bar association is an added advantage
