Human Resources Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our client’s Port Harcourt office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a culture that aligns with our company’s values while driving strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment and general human resources functions
Monitor projects development stages and provide all administrative support for smooth project execution
Perform official correspondence as directed by the Managing Director
Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director on all organizational administrative activities
Planning and coordinating logistics and procurement functions in liaison with Procurement and Project teams for smooth day to day operations
Provide necessary coaching and mentoring and ensure staff remain motivated to carry out task.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
5 – 8 years of HR management experience.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
HR certifications such as ACIPM or ACIPD are highly desirable.
