Human Resources Manager

Description 

Responsible for the implementation of the company’s recruitment program, including job demand analysis, recruitment channel management, resume screening, and interview arrangements;
Manage recruitment channels, and establish and maintain the talent pool.
Develop and optimize the company’s human resource management system and process, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management,t and other modules;
Organize and implement staff training programs to enhance the overall capability of the team;
Responsible for the handling of employee procedures such as entry, exit, and transfer and the management of employee files;
Pay attention to employee relations, solve internal conflicts of the team in time, and maintain a good corporate culture atmosphere;
Provide the company with advice related to labor law to ensure legal compliance;
Assisting the management in completing other HR-related matters.
Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal system and follow up the application of appraisal results.
Responsible for the provision and analysis of salary accounting data to ensure the reasonable implementation of salary and benefit policies.

Requirements

College Degree or above, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Management or other related majors is preferred;
2 years of relevant working experience (e.g. recruitment, training or employee relations);
Familiar with local labor laws and related laws and regulations, and have the ability to independently handle labor relations issues;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong stress resistance;
Proficient in the use of office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.);
Men are preferred, under 30 years old;
