Position Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role ensures the company’s workforce is efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Oversee the recruitment, interview, and selection process.
Ensure onboarding processes are effective and welcoming.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
Promote a positive workplace culture and resolve disputes effectively.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting employee performance goals.
Provide feedback and coaching to employees for development.
Training and Development
Assess training needs and organize learning programs.
Implement employee development initiatives.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Develop competitive compensation packages to attract talent.
Ensure compliance with statutory benefits requirements.
HR Policy Development
Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure alignment with company goals and legal standards.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Conduct audits to ensure HR processes are compliant.
Strategic Planning
Work with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions.
Team Leadership
Lead the HR team and provide mentorship.
Promote teamwork and accountability.
