Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at Lotus Capital Limited in Lagos.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
