Job duties
Responsible for managing the recruitment process (end to end) from candidate sourcing , interviews, client presentation and assessment, salary negotiation, reference check and on boarding.
Responsible for identifying best fit candidates via headhunting, social media, networking, database etc.
Identifying and closing out on new business opportunities
Carry out interviews, assessments of shortlisted candidates to assess competencies in line with job requirements/specification.
