Manpower Requisition Form Approval.
Develop Job description for position if required.
Place Advertisement whether Internally or Externally.
Screening qualify, suitable candidate for the position.
Schedule interview either visual or face to face.
Send offer letter for the position.
Ensure Pre-employment Test for successful candidate
Documentation for new employees
Give appointment letters to new employees
Schedule induction plan & preparing on boarding packs to welcome new employees and ensuring relevant information is included.
Provision of tools to new employee
Ensuring new employees are introduced to the team properly.
Organizing various orientation and induction sessions for new employees.
Developing and Preparing employee handbooks and policies and updating them as required.
Acting as a primary point of contact for new employees.
Ensuring new employee Identification documents are received and properly stored, along with enrolling new employees for pension plans, health plans, and any other relevant programs run by the business.
Training and Development handling.
Apart from HRBP roles, any other duties by the Head, HR and Admin.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc in Social Sciences or relevant areas
Must have 5 – 10 years of experience.
Certification with CIPMN – added advantage
Must be ready to resume work within two weeks or one month of offer
Must be ready to work in Enugu.
