Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and screening candidates.
Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Maintain and organize employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support HR compliance by ensuring company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.
Assist in processing payroll data, leave applications, and employee benefits.
Support the performance management process.
Coordinate training programs, including logistics and attendance tracking.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and HR-related events.
Address employee concerns and escalate issues to senior HR personnel when necessary.
Contribute to HR reportin andprocess improvement initiatives.
Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
