Job Summary

We seek an HR Officer possessing exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to fulfill this role.

The HR Officer must demonstrate a thorough understanding of employment legislation alongside strategic and commercial perspectives on labor processes and core HR responsibilities.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong diplomatic negotiation skills and oversee the entire employment lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to training new hires and administering payroll.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data trends, and present actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members, cultivating a high-performing and motivated workforce. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, corporate standards, and ethical guidelines to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.

Develop and execute structured staff development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; alternatively, equivalent practical experience may be acceptable. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are necessary. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are also required.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a closely related field.

With a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the human resources field, candidates should bring proven expertise to the role.

Additional qualifications in Human Resources, such as CPM, S/PRI, CIPD, SHRM, or GPHR certification, are advantageous.

Proficient in employment legislation and labor law compliance, with a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations.

Proven ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in written form, is essential.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of human resources principles and industry-leading methodologies.
