Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage HR policies and initiatives in line with business strategy.
Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to cultivate a positive work environment.
Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the consumer goods or food & beverage sector.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions, practices, and labor laws.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
Proficiency in HR software and systems, alongside strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
