Responsibilities include performing interviews and assessing candidate qualifications for open roles, as well as conducting reference checks and verifying background reports.

Collaborate with department leaders to facilitate panel interviews for critical open positions.

Design, implement, and oversee internal job posting programs and employee referral systems to ensure seamless talent acquisition and engagement.

Collaborate with staffing firms and participate in recruitment events to cultivate a robust talent pipeline.

Conduct exit interviews with professionalism and discretion whenever employee terminations occur, ensuring all related matters are addressed with care and respect.

Develop and maintain a robust application database to facilitate efficient retrieval of information.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports, including data on new hires and employee departures, headcount analyses, and exit interview evaluations. Additionally, oversee the registration and maintenance of HMO and life insurance records for both new enrollments and terminations.

Manage employee relations initiatives, including communication meetings and birthday acknowledgments, to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Collaborate with consultants to align and execute training initiatives.

Oversee pension administration functions and ensure submissions are completed promptly.

Ensure all departments maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
